Based on an analysis of Sales Navigator activity of global sales professionals between Jan 1, 2019 and Dec 31, 2020, we saw that prospecting actions have shifted away from industries such as Recreation & Travel, Media & Communication, Retail and Entertainment towards Public Administration and Non-Profit, Education, Health Care and Wellness & Fitness.
